A light egg dish good in the evening with a cup of coffee when you want to relax at dinner
Cook pie shell in glass pie pan. Beat 6 eggs with cream, add salt and pepper. Chop mushrooms, spinach, bacon, into cubes. Add to egg mixture mix well.
After pie shell cools pour egg mixture into pan and top with cheese and a little Paprika.
Cook on 375 for 45 minutes or until sticking a toothpick in middle and comes out clean.
Serve with sliced tomatoes.
